WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! This business is a joke! They sent workers, one of which did as little as possible! The best part was the FIGHT THE WORKERS GOT IN ON MY DRIVEWAY!!! COP CARS IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE WITH ONE ARREST!!!! The supervisors in both the dispatch and the sales department refused my callsThey movers also damaged some of our furniture that I didn't notice until a few days later Needless to say our new neighbors weren't impressed either!!

I wish I had checked *** before I used these guysI was fooled by the endorsement of our real estate agents corporate office and the promise to cover all items at 100% replacement costThey lost a box with some of my wife's work supplies and inventoryTook months to settle the claim and even then got about 25% of the valued owedJohn *** is the President / owner and Brent *** is the Vice PresidentYou can't trust either of themStalled for months and broke promises to callDid not stand behind their services at allPass this along to anyone you know that is moving

AAA movers was a horrible experience for my family. First we were quoted 6-8 hours and we ended up with more than 10 hours. which works out to about $700 more than they quoted us. Then they left stuff at the old house and lost screws and TV mounts. They didn't have enough guys and called people to help that don't even work with the company. I would NEVER work with these people again. They did nothing to ensure my satisfaction as they "CLAIM" on their website. No customer service.

Agree to pay the total amount of the service we did but she stick to the the first  quote been give and she understand the service bass 3 hours require extra $66 per hour , are work never took brake working fast like machine .
