Review: I had called and spoken with [redacted] to cancel my membership and to have the account notated not to cash the check I had sent. She stated that it had not yet been cashed and she would cancel the membership. The reason the membership was being cancelled was that I was under my parents account being told I could do so since I live in their household. Without any notification or authorization I was taken off of their account and my rate went from $28.00 to $49.00. When I brought that up to [redacted] she said it was because they noticed my age but that it was a policy that had been changed to the age of 26 being acceptable for a child to be on a parental account until 26 now. She then stated I'd have to stay on my own this year but could go back next year. To me that did not seem fair and did not make sense at all.

A few weeks later (1-2 weeks) I called again and spoke to another lady. She stated that the policies were going through changes and that she apologized but that [redacted] had informed me wrong and the check had already been cashed and it could take 3-4 weeks for a refund. At that point I ended the call and called back last week roughly Monday 6/30 or Tuesday 7-1 and was told the checks were being mailed out that day. I live not even 20 minutes from them and have not received the check yet. At this point I am highly frustrated. I work the hours that they are open as well as the call center so it is hard for me to contact them yet I continue to. I have left a volume of messages asking for a call back and have yet to receive one.Desired Settlement: At this point all I want is my $49.00 back so I can be done with them. Their customer service is very poor and I feel they should re-train their reps because out of the 4 I have talked to all of them have had attitudes and were very rude. I myself have been in customer service for almost 6 years now and every time I talk to a customer I include, how is your day going? Or ask myself Am I Really Giving Amazing Service. I feel over 3 1/2 weeks almost 4 weeks is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a refund especially when their rep inaccurately provided me with information and they made changes to an account without authorization.
