Have had their service for several yearsI recently sent a renewal and they cashed the check but continue to send me renewal noticesWhen I contacted their accounting I was greeted by a very rude individual who proceeded to inform me that I needed to prove that I sent the renewal amountSo, I guess they can cash a check and arbitrarily post it wherever they want and its up to me to rectify their incompetenceI have contacted my bank and I'm sure I can resolve this regardless of their non-customer serviceAfter this experience it makes me wonder how they would handle any claim I might have to submitIf they can't post a simple check to the correct account, I would probably be stuck on the side of the road arguing with them about my location and proper identificationVery disappointed and will cancel their service if they can manage to figure out how to accoomplish that highly technical maneuver
I purchased AAA Ins under written by CSAA A tornado hit my neighborhood Trees were uprooted collapsing on roofs, vehicles and whatever was in their way It was pure devastation My first experience with a tornado When I made an insclaim I dealt with only CSAA After depreciation and $1,deductible AAA/CSAA gave me a check for $ I felt my damages exceeded this amount A small example is to replace my storm door that broke is $Plus for installation at Home Depot When I complained I felt I was being treated like the enemy that CSAA was going to war withThe CSAA representatives never once showed concern or asked if anyone was injuredAll my neighbors Were made whole again by their Insurance company's I care for my yr old mother and disabled husband, both are on constant oxygen Word got around I was struggling Local churches, volunteers, neighbors and friends have all helped remove debrie and fallen trees from my property restoring my faith in humanity I hope this gets posted but have my doubts
