Would give zero stars if possible. Damaged the wheel hub assembly kn our car at sheraton memphis downtown. Said," you have to make a claim before leaving the premisea." wheel hub assembly damage can only be discovered by driving the vehicle! How the f[redacted] should I report the damage before leaving if I don't drive the car?!?!?!?!

Terrible company. Refuse to valet your car if aaa is the company!

Warranty Claims Dept. very unprofessional & not prompt in settling damage issues-
It has been a month now & had it not been for my follow up from the very beginning I feel certain this would still not be settled! Shirley [redacted]-Dir. of customer service claims is very confrontational & very slack on her performance in getting my claim resolved. It was a battle throughout the whole experience. I will never use AAA parking again due to this experience.
