I used their website to sell my laptop I saw there was a couple of them listed all around the Reno Area The Revdex.com does not list their website for some reason but I got the quote on www.quicklaptopcash.com not the www.americanlaptopwarehouse.com one Was very confusing for me I emailed the Revdex.com about that I wanted to leave a review that wasn't completely negative On 1/12/I sold my Acer laptop to them and although I got paid the $quoted it took a little longer than their website said (days was days) So overall I am happy just expect a slightly longer wait However if you call they're nice and answer all questions about the delays etc B or B+ rating from me
I upgraded from my acer laptop and quicklaptopcash.com gave the highest price for a "buy back" I should have looked up reviews of the company before mailing it in After receiving the laptop, the quote went from $to $ Other people have had the same problem with this company They give you a high quote then find "problems" with the item to low ball you The problem with my computer was "scratches" on the case I took pictures of the laptop beforehand and it was in impeccable condition Don't send anything to this company
