Review: I am writing in regard to AAA Plumbing and Heating in Missoula, MT. I have worked with multiple contractors over the years, doing home remodeling, building, etc. I have never come across a more incompetent group. They installed two new sinks, immediately I had leaking problems. When I called they questioned this issue, upon my insistance they came back out...they stated they would not charge me if this was work they did incorrectly. They did some calking around sinks stating they should have done so the first time and apologized, they still billed me. I continued to have leaking that became progressively worse, I called again, the support staff and the "co-owner" were rude and accused me of doing something to the sink and that it would not be possible they had missed anything. I explained I had finally reached under the sink and the pipes at one spot were completely disconnected with no threading or ability reconnect them. They disagreed with me, said I would need to pay for last visit before they came out again even though the original pipes they installed were faulty. They were rude and condesending. I now have to hire another plumber as I do not trust they are capable and will continue to bill me for a job they installed incorrectly from the beginning. I would never recommend their work, very unprofessional and difficult to deal with.Desired Settlement: I would like the work done correctly with no charge.
