I am emailing you today regarding a letter that was sent out to us on Feb 21st regarding a customer complaintCustomer is stating he would like a refund of $for a sump pump installation, claiming we cause damage to his homeWe believe this to be a accusationCustomer called us on 1/3/ regarding flooding in basementWe sent one of our techs out to analyze the problemThey had an unorthodox sump pump arrangement which we made them aware ofWe had no knowledge of the effectiveness of the sump pump arrangement other then there was signs of significant water damage in basement After further examination of Sump Pump we discovered the hose was broken inside pit, wires were broken and ½ of the outlet was not receiving powerWe suggested to install a new sump pump, pump out the basement and the bring the sump pump and pit inside of house instead of allowing weather, animals and debris to damage pit, pump, hose and wiresWe quoted the customer for the following:1st Quote: Remove old sump pump, install new sump pump with discharge hose towards the woods :$plus $to pump out the basement $2nd Quote: Install new Sump Pump in basement with new pit and discharge to outside : plus $to pump out the basement $Customer Decided to go with 1st quote and refused the new sump pump arrangment quote- even after stating warranty is only good if sump pump is brought into basement We installed new sump pump the following day and was paid the remaining balance.On 1/customer had concerns, Sump Pump was failingWe returned to the home at no charge and installed a different sump pump that we believe would be a better application for there unorthodox pit**Remember job had no warranty- The different pump appears to be handeling the jobWe accept no responsibility for any accumalated water in the basement with such an unimproved sump pump arrangementCustomer was told of this prior to installing any applications to the home- This is why we quoted Customer for relocating Sump PumpHe refused Please confirm you have received our Response Also, I have attached Our Job Work Orders that were signed by CustomerWork order also states Warranty discription Thank you Rebeqa A***Accounting Department###-###-#### (P)###-###-#### (F)

Did not diagnose the problem with my water heater. Would not provide routine service to clean the flame sensor. Charged just for coming out and rendering no services. Called and yelled at me for leaving reviews about my poor experience.

I recently came home to a basement with over 8 inches of water and the hot water heater was spewing even more. I immediately called AAA Plumbing and within 35 minutes, the plumber had arrived, got my water turned off (it was a Sunday evening--therefore, response time was excellent), and got sump pump working. He arranged to have an industrial dehumidifier delivered the following day.
My heating system was completely destroyed, so we discussed and agreed to have AAA install a new system. The cost of the system, a new sump pump, labor, etc. was very reasonable. Work was completed in less than two days.
The company also assisted me with mold remediation. Again, the cost was reasonable and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time.
The AAA team were experienced, professional, courteous, and prompt. I would highly recommend them for not only emergency situations, but for any day-to-day plumbing issue that may arise.

called us on 1/3/2017  regarding flooding in basement. We sent one of our techs out to analyze the problem. They had an unorthodox sump pump arrangement which we made them aware of. We had no  knowledge of the effectiveness of the sump pump arrangement other then there was signs of significant water damage in basement.  After further examination of Sump Pump we discovered the hose was broken inside pit, wires were broken and ½ of the outlet was not receiving power.
