charged so soon after receivingI have refunded $back to the customer today, it may take 2-days for the money to return back to the customer
I noticed the account has an RMA number on it, the notes indicate the customer has sent back the productWhether or not the customer has sent the product back, he is still being refunded the desire amount.

Review: July 15, 2014Re: [redacted] Dear Revdex.com,On behalf of the property owner, [redacted]., Inc., we would like to document our concerns with the quality of work completed by AAA Plus W. Rubberseal. The property ownership signed a contract dated October 24, 2013 with this company to repair roof leaks and apply one layer of white polyester fabric, which was not completed properly. The property ownership paid the invoice ($24,000) in full and soon discovered that none of the roof leaks had been repaired as promised in our agreement.Our contract dated October 24, 2013 states the following, AAA Plus agrees to warranty all workmanship for a period of ten (10) years and to respond within 24 hours of notification of any roof related problem at no extra cost. We have given AAA W. Rubberseal the opportunity to revisit the property, but they will not respond to our requests. They did make one trip to repair but the leaks still persist and the proper material had not been applied to the roof per our contract.We left several voicemails and wrote a letter requesting AAA to respond to us by June 16, 2014. We did not receive a response from AAA Plus. We had a professional roofing company inspect their work and we found that our contract was not honored and the material used was different from what was agreed upon. We would be glad to show you this report should you be interested.Below are items in the contract that were not fulfilled. Per contract item #3 install 6 gallons of Asphalt rubber Emulsion 6 gallons per 100 sq feet. Per contract item #4 Install a layer of white Polyester fabric and Broom it into the Emulsion. Per contract item #7 Lift A/C units to coat and do work under, and change the wood blockShould you have any questions in this regard, I would be glad to speak with you further.
