But you said only four faucets and a toilet was done but all these visits? I will see you in court as we did nothing wrong. If you didn't like our price why did you hire us? You knew we were a small company because you have used us in the past. One plumber is one plumber and since I scheduled you on all occasions why do you say Keith does the scheduling? You are not truthful and at this point you try to slander us but that's ok? Nope, sure isn't. We will never service you again ! We will not be refunding one dollar as we earned our money and continue to earn it threw this ridiculous dialogue. We are not members of the Revdex.com JUST SO YOUR CLEAR ON THAT. good day.

This is incorrect as I never cancelled any appointment.  Keith told me about a water purification system (not water softener) that he personally had while he was installing faucets.  I researched into it and informed him I ordered one.  Keith told me on 2 separate occasions he had me down for the following week and when I texted him  to confirm he was going to show to continue the installation process, he told me he forgot to ask Bernie.  The second time he said he was waiting for me to let him know if the garage was cleared out.  I confirmed that it  would be cleared when he was actually in my home.It was his excuse to let me know he forgot to put me down again.  Both times I waited 2 weeks for him to finish a job that would normally have been done in a visit.  I am still asking for reimbursement of what I paid as he never finished the job and acted extremely unprofessionally with me as a client.  I had to remind him that if this was not a paying client, it would still be questionable as to how he was talking to me!  I asked him if he considered me a client because on several occasions, he rushed in and said he couldn't be late for his next client.  He was late several times while I waited for the window he mentioned.  He wasn't even close and I had to keep "babysitting" by asking him if he was coming or not.  This has been a very bad experience and I do not recommend this company.  They do not stand by their work, as depicted in my case.  He even had me, the customer, order a part that he felt was needed.  I told him I am not a plumber and if the company asks me a question about the part, I wouldn't know how to answer.  I asked him to make the call and he denied it saying he put enough time into this. I reminded him I paid him to complete a job properly.  The sink was not functional, nor was the other bathroom installed properly.  The person who responded to this wasn't there and didn't know of our conversations.

An absolutely perfect experience. The owner, Keith, cheerfully greeted me at the door and asked about the events leading up to my non-working disposal. He said, no problem, we'll have this fixed quickly. He replaced the disposal with an upgraded one (under my home warranty) and cleaned the area thoroughly. He is a professional and worked efficiently. I would highly recommend his services for any plumbing need.

We are in receipt of the complaint filed by this customer and we have made contact to resolve this matter.

My recent experience with AAA Precise Plumbing has left me with no choice but to file a complaint against this company due to no resolution from the plumbing company, their insurance carrier ([redacted]) and the home warranty company: [redacted].
In September 2014, AAA Precise Plumbing was chosen by my [redacted] as the plumbing company to repair a plumbing issue at my home, a slow drain in both of my bathroom showers. When AAA Precise came to my house, they were supposed to resolve this plumbing issue but determined that they needed to "Jack Hammer the floor of the shower to replace a plugged drain pipe". After 4 days of work, they left my shower floor in a seriously damaged condition that has been determined to be a costly repair. According to my policy, AAA Precise Plumbing was to repair the plumbing in my master bathroom shower and return any access to the plumbing to a "rough finish condition". I filed a complaint with [redacted] and AAA Precise Plumbings insurance carrier [redacted] stating: "The work by AAA Precise Plumbing was not completed in accordance with the terms expressly identified in my Policy with [redacted].
The terms of the Policy which govern the work by AAA Precise Plumbing under the Limitations of Liability specifically state: “Access: When covered heating and plumbing service is performed, access will be provided through unobstructed walls, ceilings and floors only. In that case, we will return access opening to a rough finish condition (concrete, mud, wire, drywall and tape).”
Per this reference, the work performed by AAA Plumbing was not completed to this policy requirement. The shower step and floor of the shower were left with a 2 foot by 3 foot gaping hole that should have been repaired to a rough finish condition. The shower pan was damaged in such a way as to render it unrepairable and unable to be replaced without removing the damage that otherwise should have been left repairable with generally accepted workmanship standards. The concrete base of the shower was also not closed to a rough finish condition and the shower step was left with half of the step jack hammered out as well as the floor of the shower.
These conditions have been evaluated by 4 professional plumbing companies and each determined the work was not completed appropriately and would be a costly repair to restore it to a condition that could be tiled and restored to a useable condition.
What AAA Precise Plumbing left me with is a serious amount of damage to my shower floor by Jack Hammering the tile floor and shower step and a small amount of concrete poured into the 2 foot by 3 foot hole they left in my shower that is not a rough finish and has been estimated by other contractors to be within $1300 to $2800 to repair. My claim has been denied by both insurance carriers and they have failed to offer a solution to the damages caused by AAA Precise Plumbing.

He said, no problem, we'll have this fixed quickly. He replaced the disposal with an upgraded one (under my home warranty) and cleaned the area thoroughly.
