AAA Professional Home Inspectors

The home was inspected by AAA Professional Home Inspectors on April 18th The roof was not very old and appeared to be in good condition and showing no evidence of leaking (see attached pictures of roof). Home inspectors can only provide the condition of homes and note deficiencies at the
time of inspection. Home inspectors by law are not allowed to tear off shingles to determine what is under shingles or how elements under the shingles are constructedThe viability of trees are determined by arborist. Tree examinations are not part of a home inspectionComments are made if a tree is in direct contact with the homeThough I did not see a tree pictured in the back yard near the home in the pictures I have.
