I recently purchased a Ford F-at the Prestige Auto Corporation in Eau Claire, WI on JAN During the purchasing process I specifically asked the dealer [redacted]  if the truck came with a tow package because I have a trailer to towHe stated, "yes it does"At that time I went out to transfer a hitch step from my old truck to the new truck and discovered it did not even have a hitch on the new truckI immediately went back in and asked ***, how can it have a tow package if it doesn't even have a hitch? At that time I was already in the finance office getting ready to sign on the dotted line to purchase the vehicle [redacted] brought in a promissory note stating that they owed me a hitch and the wiring to go along with itAbout 2-weeks later, the service department finally contacted me and said that my hitch and wiring harness were in so I set up an appointment to get it installed and no extra chargeI asked them if it was a class or a class hitch

Walked into Prestige Auto with every intention of purchasing a vehicleI stood by the front desk for a good 10-minutes and was never greeted by anyoneI went and sat at a table kitty corner across the aisle from the front deskI sat there for at least an entire hour and was never greeted or talked to by ANYONE! Prestige Kia sent me a flyer, which said I won $for sure I read the small print When I went in to the show room, I did not win because the number on my flyer did not match the winning number I found the flyer to be very deceptive, and suspect the contest is fake

I recently bought a Car from Prestige Auto, I was told at the time of purchase that they covered everything bumper to bumper that would go wrong with the vehicleI found once I got home that the driver's side door had a crack in itAt the time of the sale did not notice it but it was covered in snow and they did not wash it until after I signed the paperwork to purchase said vehicle I have asked them to repair it and was told because I can not prove when it was cracked that they would not cover it Also want to file a discrimination against themThey treated me different because I didn't buy new! Crooked operation from start to finishI leased a new vehicle from themI asked before I leased if there were fees and charges to return the vehicleI was told no as long as you don't come in with the bumper hanging off or somethingOnly to find out that there is a return fee! Kia, Eau Claire sends letters with handwritten (or the appearance of) name and address without listing their return address The letter is about trading in your vehicle The letters have been addressed to my son, Andrew and active duty Military member that has been tragically killed this past year We have called on several occasions asking that they stop sending the letters and are always met with unsympathetic and rudeness or forded to a answering message and no call is returned We have asked that this practice stop as in it painful to constantly see our sons name hand written on an envelop...they have not We have tried several ways to have them stop and they callously continue the practice of sending these

Bought a Kia Rondo for my son, we had the oil changed and tires rotated and had the vehicle inspection done at are local Kia dealer in Wausau where my wife bought her car, found out that the timing belt is suppose to have a sticker on it to tell when it was replaced, no sticker so we had it changed for $and then found out that the a/c compressor doesn't work, they showed us that they inspected the car before we bought and didn't disclose any of these issues, Kia is known for there timing belts to be replaced so this would have been some important info to let us know, the girl that handles the paperwork is also for rudeI hope they do the right thing and disclose important info to there customers even if a used car that's just good business

Watch out of for the service departmentWhen I purchase my Kia Sorento, I was told that all oil changes had to be done at the Kia Dealership or at least purchase the oil filter from them to in order to guarantee the warranty on my vehicleI've gotten all my oil changes done as I was toldHowever, per my manual the oil changes only needed to be done every miles and the service department said no they recommend every miles because we live in extreme temperaturesContacted Kia directly, they said they had never heard of such a thing and that if the manual stated miles than that is when the oil changes are to be doneThen this last weekend, I pulled up to get an oil change, it was going to be at least a hour waitSince I was told I "had to have a Kia oil filter" I went in bought the filter and went to another Lube shop for the oil changeThat is when they informed me of the law that this dealership is breakingSince they said that I "had to use the Kia oil filter", per the law, the oil filter is to be free to the consumerDuring this entire time, I've been getting charged for the filterDon't believe what this dealership saysDo your research!!! Won't ever buy another vehicle from this organization
