Used wrong material for Sunroom flooring (which we shared the cost of loss) & bad electrical job, and worst never returned the calls or show up again
Jingchen *** or Jason was working at my neighbor's place for basement and painting all other things, asked him to do three season Sunroom flooring and put electrical outlets in itWe trusted him and ask him for suggestion for it, and brought a plank as sample, we liked it and asked him to install
Also did the three electrical outlet inside and told will do the fourth one later once flooring is done
Gave him the whole money for the project when completed except the outlet, as the weather was good so decided will do later
Couple week later the flooring started poping out, and that when I found it's manual in a box he left it under the Sunroom which clearly mentions it not suitable for SunroomHe came took out the flooring planks and said he will return to ***
Also electrical outlets stopped working after that
