I would like to refute Glenn M***'s response to our claimMy husband never picked at any boards- the board was buckled up and he idid not notice it, mopping the floor and it splinteredGlenn never came out to inspect the job when finishedIt took numerous phone calls and finally months later he came and fixed a few things- not the splintered boardHe only spoke to Cali Bamboo after we did and only because they kept calling him they suggested an under pad should have been placed down to reduce moisture and the boards should have been staggered to hold in place betterHis worker took home boxes of the flooring that we probably paid for and could now use for the repair we also have a loose board in the dining roomThe workmanship was very poor and not donwe properlyThank-you [redacted] ** ***

Glenn never came out to inspect the job when finished. It took numerous phone calls and finally 3 months later he came and fixed a few things- not the splintered board. He only spoke to Cali Bamboo after we did and only because they kept calling him.   they suggested  an under pad should have been placed down to reduce moisture and the boards should have been staggered to hold in place better. His worker took home 3 boxes of the flooring that we probably paid for and could now use for the repair.  we also have a loose board in the dining room. All the issues [redacted] has brought up has been resolved on the last and final time we went there to correct issues. At that time all was repaired, re-check and redone what needed to be done, along with trim boards etc that he has repeated again in this complaint. He has been told repeatedly that he...

will have to control the humidity in the house because bamboo is susceptible to expansion in high humidity, and we can not control that for him. As for the one board where the this expansion occurred, one piece had a small splinter, and would have been a $2.00 and 2 minute repair, but he decided to pull and ripped out and then snap it into multi pieces so the repair could not be performed and now needs replaced. He did this purposely so that it would require replacement instead of simple repair. He caused this damage, therefore he is responsible for it. He knows very well why we waited to a later date to do repairs, for simple factor to see if floor would be back to normal once humidity was down to normal levels, and as the case proved, the floor was normal as expected. As for conversation with Cali Bamboo, we have spoken often and agreed, that humidity needs to be under control and no such thing as to us not installing correctly, since we have done numerous flooring and not had this problem once, but then again, others have their humidity problem under control....
