We are thankful for these platforms where both sides can truly be heardWe are trying our best to run an honest and fair business but sometime no matter what we do a customer has the ability to make claims that are unwarrantedFirst, I am the owner who is writing this responseAt no time has this party tried to call me or see me on this matterI was told that a man stopped by while I was on an interview but there has been no attempts to talk to me as I am readily reachable We sold this particular car on April 6, At the time of the sale this car had a brake malfunction lightThe dealership was very transparent about this issue and gave this particular customer options First, we offered to fix at our cost whatever issue was causing the light to be on which the bank can verify as they were part of the discussionThe second option was that we would discount our already wholesale price down another $if they would like to buy the car and address this light themselvesAt no time did anyone from our company provide any guarantee or definitive knowledge of what exactly caused the light to stay onWe were not aware of any of the brake issues lobbied in this complaintThis customer signed all paperwork documenting this was an "as is" purchase, they accepted the $discount which we can document with signed paperwork, and are now making claims that our company is responsible for their issuesThis customer also chose to purchase a warranty from the Bank that financed the vehicle, not from the dealershipGiven the warranty was purchased outside of the dealership we have no responsibility or knowledge of any type of coverage that it provides At the end of the day this customer wants everyone held accountable for their decisions - accept themselvesAnd though we feel we have done no wrongdoing in this case we have offered to have the brake issue fixed by our new service tech that has almost years of European car experience

Yes the truck was needing repair but it was sitting at our home garage where fixing it was possible We handed over the keys because we were not aware of any other options at the time Now we wished we would have made them go get a tow truckThen when we went to pick up the truck we could get it home before the lines broke. That's the whole pointWe just want to be paid back for the tow truck we had to pay for because they drove our truck instead of towing itThe route they took was back winding roads that demanded the brakes being used way more then the route we took to get the truck

We did repo the truck in question we drove it back with no problems if it was problem why did she give us keys, when I drove truck out of my fence when they where suppose to redeem the brake line started leaking so they would not take it. My lot is at a car dealership so I pulled truck in garage had...

one of there mechanics check it out when he raised it up on lift everything under bottom is rusted brake line shocks and all I have attached 7 different pictures of this. Also they called their insurance company and told them that the truck had been vandalized so on Friday 13th 2014 a adjuster from their insurance company came out looked truck over including engine there was no oil all over motor as they said she also took pictures of everything and said we did nothing wrong. I feel like they should be thankful that it broke coming out of fence instead of on them going back up the road and they could have wrecked and killed them selves or someone else. I have been doing this kind of work for 18 years and never had any trouble like this never had any complaints. These people just want someone to pay for their neglect of the truck

We are thankful for these platforms where both sides can truly be heard. We are trying our best to run an honest and fair business but sometime no matter what we do a customer has the ability to make claims that are unwarranted.
First, I am the owner who is writing this response. At...

no time has this party tried to call me or see me on this matter. I was told that a man stopped by while I was on an interview but there has been no attempts to talk to me as I am readily reachable.
We sold this particular car on April 6, 2015. At the time of the sale this car had a brake malfunction light. The dealership was very transparent about this issue and gave this particular customer 2 options.
First, we offered to fix at our cost whatever issue was causing the light to be on which the bank can verify as they were part of the discussion. The second option was that we would discount our already wholesale price down another $500 if they would like to buy the car and address this light themselves.
At no time did anyone from our company provide any guarantee or definitive knowledge of what exactly caused the light to stay on. We were not aware of any of the brake issues lobbied in this complaint.
This customer signed all paperwork documenting this was an "as is" purchase, they accepted the $500 discount which we can document with signed paperwork, and are now making claims that our company is responsible for their issues.
This customer also chose to purchase a warranty from the Bank that financed the vehicle, not from the dealership. Given the warranty was purchased outside of the dealership we have no responsibility or knowledge of any type of coverage that it provides.
At the end of the day this customer wants everyone held accountable for their decisions - accept themselves. And though we feel we have done no wrongdoing in this case we have offered to have the brake issue fixed by our new service tech that has almost 20 years of European car experience.

Review: This company came to reposs my truck buy they didn't bring a tow truck or rollback. we were very nice to the guys and trusted them to take care of our vehicle till we could get it back. However when we went to pick it up [redacted] drove it out the gate and when he took his foot of the brake fluid begin leaking out from under the truck . When we raised the hood there was oil on the motor so we now knew they drove this truck hard and used a back road to get the 80 miles back to their location.. I have never heard of anyone repossing a vehicle without a tow truck or rollback. And in exchange all we ask was to have it towed back to our house and we would pay for the damages ourself. But [redacted] became rude and blamed it all on us because the truck needed the brake lines replaced. But if he had towed it the lines would have broke on us and yes then it would have been our fault..Desired Settlement: If they would just tow the truck back to [redacted] . I will gladly stop the lawyer I have contacted and forget the whole mess.
