I was informed by [redacted] to have the limo driver meet his party at Olbrich Botanical Gardens instead of the original pick-up location due to the limo driver getting lost. The limo driver arrived at Olbrich Botanical Gardens around 12:30 pm, however. [redacted] party did not get in the limo until 3:45 pm and continued services until they were dropped off at 5:30 pm at the Majestic Theater. [redacted] was fully aware before signing the contract and making the deposit that the hours have to be consecutive and while his party is inside Olbrich Botanical Gardens the limo will be outside waiting. The rate for the limo was $110.00 per hour plus 20% gratuity. [redacted] reserved the limo for 5-hours so his total with 20% gratuity was $660.00.  I informed [redacted] due to the limo driver being 45 minutes late for the 11:45 am pick up, he will be refunded $132.00 which included one hour of service and 20% gratuity. The contract states that our agreed upon pick-up time would be 11:45am. However, according to the driver of the limo, due to being lost the new pick-up time would instead have to be 12:35pm in Waunakee, nearly an hour after the time stated on this contract. The contract would not have been signed if this would have been the designated time. There were no major causes beyond reasonable control that would explain the driver’s late arrival. When the driver called [redacted] to say that he would be late, [redacted] explained that there would be no reason for him to come to Waunakee anymore and to instead transport the party next at 3:30pm to go to Majestic Theatre.” It was also made clear in our e-mail communication that we would be using the limo services at 3:30pm. After the wedding, we tried to contact the management of NMotion multiple times with no reply. Two weeks later, our phone calls were finally returned, and this situation was clearly explained to the management. The wet seats and wrong drop-off location were also explained at this time. In summary, NMotion did not pick up the party on the agreed upon time as stated in the contract, which was not due to a major cause beyond reasonable control, and NMotion was aware that the party did not want their services until 3:30 per verbal and email agreement. Yet, NMotion charged [redacted] for three hours of services that were not utilized by the party. The actions by NMotion are deceptive and that of a scam. This company clearly does not have the integrity to show accountability for their mistake and instead is more concerned with obtaining a quick profit.

I just called AAA Red Lodge Rental about a cabin that they have currently listed as available on the VRBO. When I called to ask them about the listing the lady who answered was the rudest, and most unprofessional, costumer service representative I have ever encountered. They shouldn't have a rental listed as available if it indeed isn't and shouldn't be bad-mannered towards someone when they call to ask about it.
