Review: Contracted AAA Reliable Chimney INC to replace entire roof, job was completed on April [redacted] 2013. I was given a six month guarantee of workmanship. Between May [redacted] and [redacted] when it was raining I became aware of leak spots in the interior roof of my home, contacted the contractor and requested that he comes and recheck my roof because I was noticing water stains on the new indoor ceiling that I had replaced after he had finished replacing the outside roof. He came and went up on the roof and reported that the roof that he replaced was good and the problem was my awning. I subsequently went up on the roof and took photographs of the entire roof which shows open seams. At present I am having to place a container to caught water leaking through my roof.Need your help to remedy this problem.Desired Settlement: Spoke to contractors about fixing this issue and they informed me that they will have to take up the existing roof and put down a new roof and then guarantee the work.I am seeking to have this business refund me if possible all of my payment so as to have another roofing company complete the job.
