To Whom it may concern, I will tell you the true facts to this complaint as followsWe are contractors for [redacted] and we did receive a work order for [redacted] *** My dispatch lady called her the same day the work order came inthere was no answer so she left a messageA couple of hours later [redacted] called back and she wanted service the same day for her water heaterWe at Mechanical and More were booked that day we were installing HVAC units since we do plumbing and HVAC I told her that and she got a little upset but she said she would call [redacted] to see if they could service her soonerI Specifically told her to call me back to see if [redacted] was sending someone else outAlso to she was very demanding that we come that dayI told her I would put her on the schedule the next day for a morning apptbut miss [redacted] never called backSo then then next day when no one came because she didn't let me know anythingI ALSO GAVE HER THE NUMBER TO THE MANAGER OF MECHANICAL AND MOREHe talks to her in an respectful way not cursing at her or raising his voiceShe said that he was yelling and screaming at her and also cussed her outThis is not truemiss [redacted] got mad when we couldn't service her that very daythe world does not revolve around one person we were not gonna drop a customer that had been waiting for air for weeks to run to her aid WE ARE VERY SORRY SHE COULD NOT ACCEPT THE APPTTHAT WE OFFERED HER SHE WAS VERY RUDE TO THE MANAGER AND CURSED AT HIM Thank You [redacted]

In regards to this lady's water closetWe did go out and work on the water closet and it was working fine when we leftBut they did call back later and say it was running and I told them we would be back that day ....AND WE DID GO BACK TO FIND NO ONE HOME AT THE END OF THE DAY........and we left a card on the door and I never heard from them againAs for the that is want she owed for her copay and we always are to collect and she was aware of this......Sorry she had a problem but we did go back as I said and no one was home that very dayNo one ever call after that Also this lady if she got the warranty company to send someone to come out she did not have to pay the again because that is how a warranty company works .......it cost her nothing so she is no out of anything the is paid one time ....so she lost nothing and was not taken advantages off

This company was referred to us by our warranty company to fix an air conditionerIt has now been three months and it is still not fixed These people are completely incompetent and continually come to my house with "bad news" The part didn't come in, they sent the wrong part, the warranty company hasn't approved the work to be doneetc.etc They have consistently lied to us and strung us along This has literally been a three ring circus working with them They have lied so often they can't even keep it straight any more VERY unprofessional and INCOMPETENT! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

My sister has been having to deal with them for 1/months about the same issue-toilet repair [redacted] Home Warranty that they work for is as bad or worseIt appears that they and their companies scratch each others back.(Lie for each other) Because she complained and demanded that they redo the repair immediately they will not come back outNow she has to wait probably another two or three weeks for the repairShe did not know that M and M had a D rating and [redacted] had a B warrantyThat B should be a D also

I intend fully to give the retrieved $to the company that actually deserves it Regards, [redacted]

Mechanical & More was sent by *** to fix a leak in my second-floor bathroom that had damaged a room below itThe serviceman took maybe five minutes looking in my bathroom, told me the drain had come loose and simply needed to be puttiedI questioned whether that would do the job, but he assured me it wouldIt took him maybe another five minutes to do the work (he seemed in quite a rush)The repair did fix the leak -- for roughly daysWhen I contacted Mechanical & More to inform them it was leaking again (I was told by the service man to contact them if I had any issues), I was told I would have to contact ***That because it had been longer than days, Mechanical & More had nothing to do with it anymoreAnd by the way, I would probably have to pay to have them come out againWhen I questioned whether they only stood behind their work for days and if such poor work is what people should expect from them, I was told "If the leak was not fixed it would have leaked the next day or before now."
Luckily for me, I was concerned enough about the work that was done that I put off having repairs done to the ceiling in the room below the leakOtherwise, I would be facing redoing that as well

Also this lady if she got the warranty company to send  someone to come out she did not have to pay the 60.00 again because that is how a warranty company works .......it cost her nothing so she is no out of anything the 60.00 is paid one time ....so she lost nothing and was not taken advantages off.
