I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

The consumer admits he had his septic tank pumped and apparently would like it done for free As the Revdex.com knows, anyone doing work for free will not last very long in business As I stated on my last reply, we kept calling, as we were instructedHis brother would have been the one to answer the phone. As we were in the neighborhood, we went to the door and were told to go around back and pump the tankThe gentleman who answered the door even offered to pay for the pump out, but our man said he could send the invoice We offered to accept the amount the other company had quoted him for pumping the septic tank.He admits the work was done, and therefore, should pay for it.Sirrcerely,*** ***Managing Membercc: *** *** *** ***

[redacted] is correct, AAA Septic did pump his 1,000 gallon septic tank.Apparently our driver was sent in his direction with orders to call Mr. [redacted] before pumping, but no one answered the phone.  As our man was in the neighborhood, he stopped by Mr. [redacted]'s and went...

to the door.  A gentleman, thirtyish, in age, with a very short haircut came to the door. When the gentleman was asked about pumping the septic our driver was told the septic ls around back, go pump it.  When our driver went around back, the septic lid  had already been freshly dug up. So, there was no reason tothink the septic did not need pumping. As Mr. [redacted] did get his septic tank pumped, I think it would be fair for Mr. [redacted] to accept a bill for the amount someone else quoted him, that was less than the normal industry $250.00 fee.Sincerely,[redacted]Managing Member

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The Gentleman that answered the door of the residence was my 24 year old brother who is living at my residence who has no decision making authority due to fact he does not own the property. The driver NEVER attempted to make contact with ME at any point during the day like The Business is stating they would or was supposed to, nor did he ask the Gentleman that answered the door was he Mr. [redacted] of 1[redacted] to verify he was at the right address.  My brother only knew that I had found a company to come Pump out the tank, he did not know who was coming, so when AAA shows up he just assumes they were there to do the work. Even though there was a freshly dug septic lid in the back yard, what is to say that I was checking to see how full it was and had not gotten around to covering it up.  But AAA should have made contact with me any way necessary before performing any work even though someone answered the door the driver should have asked was MR [redacted] home and available. There was never a confirmed and set date and time of when work would be performed by AAA, so he(the driver) should have never took it upon himself to come to my house knowing they had not physically talked to me to have this done.  It should not be my responsibility to pay for a bill that I did not authorize for this company to do.  I do not feel I should have to pay a dime toward this not even what the other company was going to charge because of this company's inability and negligence to make positive ID of the owner or contact with the owner. The company was contacted the day of the pump-out (1-5-15) and the owner and I setteled over the phone that the bill be 0.00 and I also called the secretary a few days later to make sure there was a new bill sent out with the adjusted payment amount.....but no such bill has been recieved as of this time (1-13-15). If someone would please contact me and lend some information/advise that would be greatly appreciated.[redacted]

Review: AAA Septic was contacted about getting a price on what it would cost to pump out 1000 gallons of spectic. I was given a price of $250 and was told that I would let them know if I wanted them to proceed with the pump out. I found another company that would pump cheaper so I never did call AAA back, Monday Afternoon 1-5-15 I got home after work and noticed a large truck had drove through my grass and tore the grass up. I found the bill for 250 dollars from this AAA Septic after never telling them to perform this service. I called the company and the secretary read back her notes that I called to inquire about prices and that she would contact owner to call me ASAP in regards to my complaint. I had to call the owner 2 hours later because he never called me. He claims that I was placed on his list of work to be done (even though I never gave him the go ahead to perform the pump out) and that his truck driver was supposed to call on his way to the house which he never did that either. I told the Owner that it was not right for him to put me on his list to perform the work and he was sorry that his driver did not call me ahead of time. He still never understood that I was upset about the whole situation and still requested payment, said that he would settle for 200 because he thought that was fair. I told him that no it was not fair that I pay for something I never gave the OK to do. Owner finally asked what I thought was fair price and I Bluntly said FREE because I was sorry but you took upon your self to do this service even though we never talked about it, or scheduled a time to do this. The owner did not want to drop the Bill to $0.00 but did anyway because I was "Making a Fuss" about about it. The company was contacted back about getting a new bill showing an adjustment from $250.00 to $0.00, but have not received such adjustment bill.Desired Settlement: Was Asked that bill be Changes from $250 to $0.00 because his services was never asked for, only a price quote. He did not want to give it to me for that price but said if thats what I wanted that thats what he would do, and never contact me about work.
