On Monday, May 2, our wildlife technician went out to the home of Ms***He repaired the screen and the supervisory will folltodayWe will also check on that status within days to be sure there are no bats remainingI spoke with Ms, ***, gave her my contact informationI will also
follwith Ms*** in a few days to be sure she is satisfied with the service

I spoke with Mrs*** and credited her account for the service, which resulted in a zero balance. Mrs*** stated that she would remain a customer and I assured her that the technician would make sure to have a verbal contact before servicing their home in the future

I live in an apartment and when I arrived home yesterday I found a cute "we serviced your apt" pest control card on my counter with a note detailing what service they had performedIt was great to know that they had been there and the fact that the tech took the time to leave the note shows they really care about their customers

As it is clearly outlined in the contract, I DID NOT initial the cancellation clause; thus, I should not be legally bound to pay the remainder of the contract in full. In addition, I was highly dissatisfied with the service I received and always had a very hard time getting anyone to come to
the house for services I requested. So, I don't feel I got my $worth in the initial service

I have spoken to the customer and have rectified the situation to her liking.

We are very disappointed to hear of the poor service you received and have addressed the issue with the technician and supervisor. We have credited the balance of contract (which you should not have been charged) and are sending you a refund check in the amount of $77 for the first service which you paid for.  Therefore, the account is closed in good standing.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I still have bats. The net has been replaced a 3rd time.the gentleman that replaced it tried to lie and say the net was intact. He had replaced it prior to my arrival; however, he did admit that he had replaced the corner of the net that had fallen. I did report this to the manager. I have lost all confidence in this company. Also, I am still upset that I had to arrange for a hydraulic lift he initial time to save cost, but I have yet to see one the second time around.
