2/19/I was able to get in contact with Mr [redacted] I reviewed his account with him and we are sending someone out to write an estimate on what repairs he feels need to be done I have spoken to [redacted] ***, Regional Director for the Atlanta area and he will get an estimate so that we can move forward and correct the issue at hand[redacted] ***

I would be willing to speak with the other roofing companies the customer is talking about & address these areas. I would also like to point out that AAA Roofing did not build a cricket at the property in question. The 2 reasons AAA is not responding to the customer are 1 because the customer uses extreme profane language that makes AAA & its employees feel uncomfortable & the customer makes threats that puts everyone involved on edge that it may not be safe to be around someone so aggressive. The other reason is that the customer twice tried to get AAA to pay for damages that had nothing to do with the roof. I encourage his other roofer to contact me & discuss the caulking matter & maybe we get work something out. As far as the cricket goes I don't think this customer even has one but maybe another roofer could build him one, I would worn any company from getting involved with this person though, he is extremely difficult to deal with & has a property that is aging and although it can be improved it can never be new again & this man has a hard time accepting that. Again I welcome the other roofer to call me at [redacted] thank you.

This customer tried to get AAA Roofing to repair inside damage that was done before the new roof was put on Repairs were done because of a leak that we did have, it didn't fix it so AAA recommended he get a different roofer to do the repairsWe didn't want to take anymore responsibility
because the customer had already tried to take advantage of our warranty The customer had another roofer do the repairs & AAA Roofing paid the $1,repair bill Time passed & a squirrel or varmint got into customers attic & messed up some insulation The customer again called AAA wanting repairs made & we just didn't respondOur warranty is a yr leak free warranty which we stand behind even if it means paying someone else This roof is no longer leaking and the inside repairs were also paid by AAA & may or may not have been caused before the new roof but to keep peace AAA paid the damages
