Did not program my key remote and ewas charged.I was charged for programming a remote for my mustang and the technician couldn't program it. I was not aware that once service starts you will be charged. I called the shop back and asked for the owner but they lied to me in order to screeen the calls. This is dishonest and I will not do buisness with again.Desired SettlementA refund of my 15.00 for not being able to program a remote. Then to get a statement from owner about changing practice to have a customer sign upfront stating if the programming of a remote fails you will still be charged.Business Response Based on a conversation with the company they are sending the consumer his requested refund.
