I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I phoned and left a message yesterday
on ***'s voice mail within a couple of minutes of receiving the receipt. I left my phone number in case he needed to reach me, but he never returned my call. If he had, I would have graciously thanked him for clearing this matter up for me.
