Mr [redacted] has filed a completely fraudulent claimI have attached the county records showing the original installers document and recorded with Clark countyThis document shows the tank size to be gallons.I have also attached a document for the design of new system - this also shows old tank size to gallon septic and gallon pump.I also have attached the field inspection report - this report not only the sand filter has problems but also that the pump chamber was being ran with an electrical cord and the inlet riser was leaking. The sand filter and the leaking inlet can be related, ground water leaking into the system can over tax the sand filter causing failure that is correctable.Sealing risers, repairing electrical problems and troubleshooting a sand filter are not included in the pricing of a inspection. The inspection manual for the county does NOT recommend digging into a sand filter for inspection purposesWOSSA in fact warns against digging into a sand filter for inspection onlyThere is a filter fabric that when damaged allows dirt to contaminate sand and cause failureThey also recommend installers only dig for trouble shooting purposes to protect the systemNewer system are being installed with accessible ports for inspection purposes. It is likely that this system may have been repaired at a much lower cost than the total replacement that was done.My request is that MR [redacted] pay for all the services we rendered along with collection fees ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

WOSSA in fact warns against digging into a sand filter for inspection only. There is a filter fabric that when damaged allows dirt to contaminate sand and cause failure. They also recommend installers only dig for trouble shooting purposes to protect the system. Newer system are being installed with accessible ports for inspection purposes. It is likely that this system may have been repaired at a much lower cost than the total replacement that was done.My request is that MR [redacted] pay for all the services we rendered along with collection fees.
