I was hit with some unforeseen circumstances and could no longer afford to live in the three bedroom house I was inI had heard of AAA [redacted] Moving Company through a friend who used them beforeI decided to reach out to them due to advertising of 24/available serviceI thought this was extremely convenient and was very pleased with their prompt response time to my text and willingness to come out and give me a quote the very next dayTheir whole team was professional, and careful with all of my itemsIt was as if they were moving their own stuffI am very happy and blessed to come across this team of professionals and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I have become very ill recently and had to move to new apartment because I could no longer walk up and down the stairs and there was no elevatorAfter calling some moving companies, I was finally referred to AAA Soto's Moving CompanyHe presented himself as a complete moving service, so I hired himBefore the movers showed up to pack my belongings I was admitted to the hospital and my daughter had to supervise themShe shouldn't have done any of the moving, but the movers had her doing a lot of work, actually making her help them packAs she was running around doing what they asked, she was not able to keep and eye on the men who were packing, and got very distractedAfter the move, which they did not complete or clean up after themselves, they demanded to be paidMy daughter accompanied Mr [redacted] to the hospital where I could write him a check for half of the fee he was going to chargeWhen I got home, I noticed that some of my valuable jewelry was missingThe boxes that they were in were there, but the jewelry was not in them or anywhere else to be foundMy wedding set was in a box of its own and that box was missing as wellI also had an iPad in a case; the case was there, but the iPad was missing from inside of itOther items that were missing were a $bottle of perfume, a bottle of pain medicineand a box of blank checksI called Mr [redacted] about the missing property and he denied itHe kept calling and began making derogatory statements about me and said he was recording all our phone conversationsI told Mr [redacted] to stop harassing me and then filed a fraud complaint with the attorney generalI want other consumers to be aware of this moving company's practices, because these movers are not trustworthy

My family moved within town and decided to get quite a few pricing quotes to determine what would work best for us [redacted] was prompt and professional when he arrived to give a quote He was informative about the services provided and offered to bring additional wardrobe boxes and multiple picture frame boxes at a lesser price than purchasing at a box store He delivered these boxes to us on the date that was promised He ensured me that his team were professionals and have been doing this for years When he left, he stated that he will beat any price in town A few days later, he called to follow up and see if his service were needed Needless to say, we decided to hire AAA Soto's Moving They arrived on time for moving day His team moved very quickly and did not hesitate to get down to the nitty gritty They wrapped all items with moving blankets and were sure to point out any damage that was already present on furnitureThey also laid rugs down to prevent getting carpets dirty and wrapped door ways with protection pads They were able to move our sq fthouse and a completely full double car garage in hoursThat included moving majority into storage (properly stacked) and the rest into a 2nd floor condo We purchased pizza for the moving team and they said "Thanks but no thanks." They didn't stop until the job was finished Thank you [redacted] and team I highly recommend your services to anyone
