I am rejecting this response because: The owner of Speedy Move is being untruthfulHere are the factsThe owner of Speedy Move said on 8-8-(our move day) that he would get a furniture repair specialist to come by and fix the furniture that they damagedAfter a month went by I called the owner of Speedy Move and asked him when our furniture was going to be fixed, he said he forgotAn appointment was then made with my wife for one of the workers of Speedy Move to come by on Friday 9-12- to fix the furnitureHe never came by and never called so I called the owner again and told him that nobody came byHis worker then texted my wife on 9-16-for another appointment and she texted back stating that she would be available on 9-17-or 9-19-or all of the following weekHe never texted back and never calledIt is untruthful that my wife has denied access to our home to fix the furnitureShe has made herself available on dates that Speedy Move has agreed to and Speedy Move has not followed throughAlso, Speedy Move said they would send a furniture repair specialist, not one of the movers, to repair the furniture and they are not willing to do that as promised.

this customer has set a very tight time constraints on their availability. The husband [redacted] calls frequently trying to get somebody scheduled but is scheduling on his wife's timetable which is very limited. We have tried several times to contact her and even when she is supposed to be available she...
then denies us access to the furniture. more than 3 attempts have been made to schedule with her around her busy time but she says she is only available two times a week for very limited time. the last 2 times we have tried to make contact with her we call before we head over and she then says she is busy doing something else. So at least three attempts have been made to solve the issue but unfortunately the wife refuses to let us have access to the furniture so we can complete the task.
