As stated in ***'s letter we went out and ordered a part for her dishwasherWhen we order parts for warranty repair we need to order the parts from parts distributors that we have accounts set up so we can get credit for the partsAfter we ordered the parts we were told by the distributors that they were on the way, but we never received themWe were then told that they were on back order, so Bosch finally managed to find one and sent it to us
*** said that she contacted us about the parts on 04-11-16, 04-15-and 04-21-how could we have ordered the parts before we went out to check it out, as she said that we came out to check it on 04-30-16? I think she meant that we came out on 03-30-
After Bosch sent the part out to us we called her number and left messages that we had the part, on 05-09-and again on 05-16-We did not hear back from her to set up an appointment to come out and repair the unit
When we did finally get in touch with the customer she told us that they took the dishwasher back to the store and exchanged it for another unit
