AAA Storage

This business is Very Disrespectful! I am a current customer at AAA Storage, and I'm about to move to a new storage unit VERY soon! I drove my tires on their grass, and one of the managers husband (he is not a manager - I called), came outside and with his arms crossed, proceeded to yell at meHe acted as if he was going to attack me if I said the wrong thing! In other-words, his mannerism was HIGHLY aggressive! He said to me, "GET OFF MY GRASS!" I was completely taken aback! I asked him is there anything you would like to say to me? Like, "could you please not drive on our grass, its not policy" or something more polite or customer friendly??? But no, he just stood there, like if I didn't get off his grass, he was gonna go get his gun! I am a women, and have two small kids, and he is a grown manHe should be ashamed of himselfI called the company to ask for an explanation as to why he talks to people like that - the secretary handed the phone to the "female manager," and guess what...she defended his actions! Stating to me, "that that's just his way." I told her, "that, that doesn't excuse his behavior towards customers." Then she had the audacity to ask me, "what's your storage unit number!!!!" I was like, "what does my storage unit number have to do with anything?!?!" She couldn't answer meI just hung up feeling like I had not accomplished anythingIf you want to be disrespected bullied and treated like nothing - "over nothing" - than this is the place to store your thingsAs for me....this is my last month

I contacted Puroclean to provide me an estimate last year, Mr John K [redacted] contacted me this year to determined whether I required services Mr K [redacted] and worker Hunter were very respectful helpful and worked hardThese gentlemen provide exceptional customer service, patience, and were very detailed oriented The mold remediation services along with recommendations for another project is greatly appreciatedI would highly suggest this companyThank you,

As soon as the owner was aware of the complaint (6-29-16), the situation was reviewed and a decision in favor of the customer was madeCustomer was sent a refund check by mail for the full amount of $on 6-30-The storage unit has been vacated and no other auto bill charges will be made.A-A-A Storage Pflugerville LP

I contacted Puroclean to provide me an estimate last year, Mr John K[redacted] contacted me this year to determined whether I required services. Mr K[redacted] and worker Hunter were very respectful helpful and worked hard. These gentlemen provide exceptional customer service, patience, and were very detailed oriented. rent per his request. You will note that his rent was $51.00 per month. At two
months this refund will be $102.00. I have included a copy of his lease that
shows the amount of the monthly rent that he signed. We have a release...

and Mr. [redacted] is welcome to stop by at his convenience any day Monday through
Saturday from 8:00arn to 5:00prn. He should call first to make sure about the
