I SPOKE WITH PAUL THE OWNER AND HIS RESPONSE WAS,OH WELL!..I LIVE 900 MILES AWAY SO HE HAS ME BY THE ARM..I ALSO EMAILED THE RUSS MATT BASEBALL TOURNEY DIRECTOR OF MY DISPLEASURE, JUST IN CASE HE RECEIVED OTHER COMPLAINTS..ALONG WITH THAT I HAVE NOTIFIED PITT G BASEBALL PARENTS NOT
TO USE SR IN NEXT YEARS TRIP..I ALSO PLAN ON CONTACTING THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL ON MY DISPLEASURE

Thank you for contacting me with regard to the above case number. It is extremely disappointing when somebody quotes my goodself as saying something I did not. I would never respond to somebody with "oh well". I did go through , in great detail, with this gentleman regarding the damage caused during his stay. All the homes are owned by families just like yourself , not owned by the company or any company, they are owned by individual families. Under chapter 509 Florida Statute these villas are licensed and we are required to obtain a government issued photo id and a security deposit for any damaged caused during somebody's stay . The homeowners are fully aware there is a certain amount of wear and tear when renting the house out on a short term basis . We check the villas prior to guest arriving and we check on every departure and we are aware of the imperfections that can be in any of the villas. In this particular case the villa was checked prior to the guest arrival and on their departure a stain on the master bedroom carpet slightly bigger than a golf ball , that was not there prior to their arrival. This needed to be cleaned by a professional carpet cleaning company, and it is not fair or correct the homeowner should pay for this to be done. The Gentleman did contact Russ M regarding this and the president of Russ Mart did email us on this m***er . We have responded to him and he completely agrees with us in the way we handled this. Also for the record, I did say to the gentleman my name was Gary , not Paul and that I was the owner of ***.
It is extremely important that we act in a very fair manner for both homeowners and renters and I feel in this case we acted fairly and so does Russ M B.

900 MILES AWAY IT SEEMS WE ARE GOING TO LOSE THIS ARGUMENT. I HAVE SPOKEN TO PITT B NEVER TO USE YOUR SERVICES AND ALSO PLAN TO CONTACT ALL THE LOCAL COLLEGE COACHES THAT TRAVEL TO THAT TOURNAMENT NOT TO USE YOUR COMPANY....GARY
