Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I disagreed with his assessment and could not get him to do anything and would not return my calls, so I bit the bullet and called another contractor to come look at thingsHe said the surface was not prepared properly and that was the readon for the problem.I hired them, they took the tile up and sanded the concrete, reinstalled the tile and I have not had any issues so far and it's been over a year Regards, [redacted]

Mr*** *** called AAA Tile on a repair that his floor tile started popping up. I told Mr*** that if he had the tile, we could repair the floor. The floor was years old. In less than weeks the
floor popped up again. I suggested to Mr*** to get an engineer report. He either had a lot of rain or there could be a leak under the slab. The floor to pop up times in one month, the slab had to be moving. Mr*** never called back with an engineer report. Slabs pop and break tile when they move. pop ups in one month is a moving slab.
