Review: I bought a transmission from this place with a six month warranty and the transmission is no good. I've called the place several time and he never answers. It sends me to voice mail and it says the inbox is full. Also when he finally answers he tells me he will call me back in an hour or 2 but never does. This has been going on since October [redacted] 2015. So I hope you can get back to me and give me some help before the six months are over. Let me know if you figure something out.Desired Settlement: I want the company to respond to this because it isn't fair that I paid $1600+ parts and labor and he didn't respond for the warrenty.

Review: I sent my car to get repaired at this site on feb ** for a transmission rebuild I got my car 4 days later at 4am in the morning while I was asleep I parked the car and that morning I decided to take it for a drive to find out that the car would not shift into any gears after 1st I paid 1300 to have it repaired with a 1 year warranty I called them and they said they will have a new unit for me on the following weds the day came and no response I call them every day and now April ** and my car is sitting on a parking with out being driven and paying insurance for no reason please I need my car repaired or reimburseDesired Settlement: Reimbursement

Review: I have a 2007 Nissan maxima and I had transmission problems so then I search on the internet for transmission shops I went to craigslist.org and I found the car transmission so I pick up the phone an call.

Danny is his name who I was talking to he gave me some options like I will sale you the transmission but no warranty

then I said how much the he told me like 700 dollars but then he said if you want me to install it I could do that too

then I could give you a warranty for a year. I say ok lets do it but how much you going to charge me for this then he said 1500 dollars we set up the day then I was off on Thursday and I took the car to his shop witch is located in Brooklyn then I left the car game a receive the I left

2 week later he call me and told me car was ready. and he ask me ?do you want me to drive it to you then I said yes if you can he took it to my house in Westchester and I drove it for 10 minutes and the car had the same issue

then he told me let me take it back I said ok you call me if anything comes up that was it

the 1 week past and he call me how much can you give me in advance then I said 1000 the he came and pick them up to Westchester and give me a receive for 1000 dollars then he said ok I will call you today or tomorrow for the car then that's is when everything started I was calling and calling and no answer or if he answer he will then tell me tomorrow will be ready then I will wait a week and no call from him then 2 moths past and I receive a call from a guy nick name [redacted] and he told me that he was going to resolve the problem then I believe on him then I wait another month and nothing then that was when I decided to go to the shop and person and talk to him then we talk and he said that he will fix it and told me to wait he has bought another transmission to put it on because he was tired of me calling to much and it the owner was abusing to much then I waited around they took transmission out and he told me it will be ready Monday to be sure then I call him and no answer for 3 days then again I decided to go to shop again and he was no were to be found then I call the police and I told them that I was taking my car out of there because its was scratch windshield broke tire nuts missing full of garbage and grease all over the inside of the car in the roof then I call I tow truck and took it to another shop.Desired Settlement: I want my money back

Review: On 11/**/2013 I Took my 19996 Toyota Camry to have a Transmission & 2 Axels & mounts installed, the charge for the job I was told to be $700, then I was given a different charge of an extra $300.In all I paid $1000 for the job, After the job was completed I decided to take the car to another shop to check that the Transmission job was properly done,the owner at the other shop told me instead of 2 new Axles and 2 new mounts which I purchased to be installed, there was one new Axle and 1 used mount installed, instead of the 2 new Axles and Mounts.I took the car back to AAA Transmission and asked why the 2 new axles and mounts were not installed, he said I should bring back the car to the and they will have it installed, so I then took the car back to have the other [redacted] and mount installed. I was told they would have the work done and I could pick up the car the next day being Saturday. I did not go to pick up the car, but on Saturday night I got a call from [redacted] (owner of AAA Transmission), that my car was in an accident. I did not give permission for anyone to drive my car.My car was totaled. I was told by [redacted] (owner) of AAA Transmission that he will replace my car by that weekend. I have not seen my car since the accident, and was told that [redacted] has junked my car and its parts. I was given a 1999 Honda Accord 2 Months after the accident which had so much mechanical problems, bad breaks & Check Engine light which prevented me from passing the Inspection. It has been 4 Months and the Honda is still being repaired and in the possession of AAA Transmission.I am as of today March [redacted]. 2014 still waiting for a Car to replace my 1996 Camry, I have been inconvenienced by not having a car for the past 3 Months, now going on 4 Months.I have minimal communication with the owner and have not been able to reach him by phone on most occasions, I have gotten nothing but the runaround from [redacted]. I have spoken with my Attorney about filing a law suit against [redacted] @ AAA Transmission.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement Car for my car or a refund for all my inconveniences for the past 4 Months if at all possible. Also for AAA Transmission to take responsibility for their Bad business practice.

Review: I purchased a transmission from a guy who said he worked for AA Transmission and [redacted] in [redacted]. He had a number online advertised that I called ###-###-####. He had a man come deliver the transmission to me in CT. The guy who delivered product called me on the number ###-###-####. I paid this man $800 cash and he gave me a receipt for my purchase. Once I had my mechanic put transmission in my car he informed me the transmission was bad. I called the man back who I originally spoke to and he said he would have replacement to me on 11/**/15 but I never received. He called and left me voicemail that I saved saying he was going to replace. I still haven't heard back from him and know he is ignoring my calls. I feel I may have been scammed and I'm not exactly sure what to do.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $800 and I also am going to file a small claims report to try and get money back I paid mechanic which was around $600. I also missed much work time and had to leave that job because I transportation issues so I am going to file some damages for that also. Hopefully I get my money back but if not I just want to make sure this guy doesn't rip anymore people off. I have saved the receipt, the voicemail he left, and I also copied license plate number of guy who delivered it to me.

Review: Located this company after reading an ad posted on capitalist in regards to used transmission. On 12/**/2015 I contacted them with the information about a transmission I needed for a 2000 mercury mountaineer. I told the guy I needed it to fit a 5.0 engine with 2wd.said he had it for $850 and could deliver it the next day. He sent an person on 12/**/2015 with a transmission. On 12/**/2015 my mechanic called to inform me the transmission was for a Ford explorer which I explained to the guy I spoke with first wasn't compatible with my mercury. I contacted the company explained my problem and he said it would fit and he wanted to contact my mechanic and call me back. On 12/**/2015 I called back and he said it would be delivered on 12/**/2015 but it never came. He refused to answer any call or texts until 12/**/15 I called from a different number he answered and promised 12/**/2015 and still didn't get a delivery person to contact me until 12/**/2015 after I informed agent I just wanted a refund for lack of communication and breech of contract.without my authorization on 12/**/2015 the owner had someone come to my mechanic place with a different transmission and took the old one. The replacement is also wrong and does not fit my car and now he is not answering any of my calls.Desired Settlement: After lack of communication, lies and 2 wrong products I would like to just have a refund.

Review: I had my car sent over to AAA Auto Repair to repair the left front door of my 2002 nissan maxima that was damaged after a car accident. After the repair was done for $450.00, they provided me with a hand written receipt on a template form. I then presented this receipt to [redacted] claims department for them to reimburse me the cost of the repair, but they said that it was not suffice information in order to cover the cost and they need a an itemized invoice of the exact repair that was done to the car that includes the exact cost of the specific parts, paint job and labor. After weeks of contacting the mechanic (who's also the owner) to no avail I finally was able to get a hold of him and after giving me the run around, he now refuses to provide me with an itemized billing receipt for my car. The itemized receipt is needed in order for to me be reimbursed the cost repair from [redacted].Desired Settlement: To simply receive an itemized invoice of the repair to present to [redacted]. Once I have the this invoice the insurance company can fully reimburse the repair cost.
