Review: Talked to AAA heating & air about a coil cleaning and tune up for 100.00... And both parties agreed, aaa heating came out got on the roof and hooked up gauges to the AC to reveal readings on the freon... Said it would be 600.00 for a refill. So I decided it was too much and paid for the cleaning... I was then showed pictures of the cleaning... And I paid AAA and they left... So I called another licensed contractor they showed up to add freon, the contractor was in shock at how filthy the AC unit was this is hours after AAA had left... So the contractor spent a half and hour cleaning the coils that AAA never touched but instead lied too me... And the new contractor refilled and clean the AC for 120.00 dollars... I want my 100.00 back from AAA because they didn't do anything, just showed me fake pictures of another AC unit...

Business' Initial Response
Company states that they have resolved the issues with the consumer. They came out for a service call which is $89 just to drive out and diagnose the system. This is all the consumer purchased. If the company does any work passed the diagnostic it is an additional fee. Due to the consumer's dissatisfaction, they did issue a refund of $50 in the interest of customer service.
