I ordered a *** on *** for a total of $***. The product was shipped on ***. The package was delivered to the wrong address on *** and the Post Office was unable to recover the package. I filed a claim on *** and contacted the seller. My claim with the Post Office was approved on *** for the insurance and the cost of shipping $***. I asked the seller to reimburse me the remaining $*** dollars and they refuse. Meanwhile they have my money and I don't have a ***

. We received a call from *** stating he never received a *** that he purchased online. The Post Office took responsibility for delivering it to the wrong address and it was unable to be recovered. We ship all items using standard shipping and *** did not request or pay for any additional insurance. He filed a claim with the Post Office and was reimbursed according to their policy. It's unfortunate that the Post Office lost the item but that doesn't make us responsible for the Post Office's negligence. *** filed a claim with *** and they also determined that we were not responsible for refunding his money. When we initially spoke with ***, as a good faith gesture, we offered to reimburse him $. He did not accept the offer at the time. The offer still stands and if he would like to accept it he needs to contact us at *** otherwise there is nothing further we can do.
