 I have reviewed the statement AAA Vac and Sew has sent. What they said is a compleat lie. They were the ones who were verbally abusive to me because I am 73 years old woman. Accusing me of calling them liars and dishonest which they called themselves. Then they told I am too old, I don't remember my own vacuum. They were the ones using curse words at me. The vacuum that they gave doesn't even work the electric cord does not go back.

Review: On January **,2014 I took my vacuum to get fixed at AAA Vac and Sew in [redacted],**. This is were I also bought the Vacuum as well. The problem with my vacuum was the motor was heating up.My vacuum is a Called a perfect power team which is grey and has a big hose. The one they gave is brown with a small hose. I picked my vacuum on February *, 2014. When I picked up the vacuum my daughter said this was not our vacuum. As I as examine the vacuum I realized the hose was different, and the vacuum was different. I called the company today (February *). To tell them about the mistake and kindly give me back my vacuum. They we're very rude to me on the phone. They told me" I am so old, how you're going to prove it" " I don't remember anything" "I don't even know my own vacuum" they even accused me of calling them "dishonest and liars" which I did not do. I politely told they did a mistake and all I want was my vacuum back. I even told them I have witness this was not my vacuum. They even cursed at me on the phone and they were very rude .At the end they even hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I just want my vacuum back and an apology

She thought that she needed a motor installed in her vacuum, she also complained of the prongs on the plug being hot. Also she thought the repair was going to be FREE because the Perfect C101 came with a 5 year motor warranty and 2 year comprehensive (parts and labor) warranty. The vacuum was purchased on December **, 2010. I called her back the same day that she came in with the repair, to give her an estimate on installing a cord. She OK'D the repair so I fixed it. She didn't come back until February *, 2014 to pick it up. She called on the phone verbally attacking me claiming I stole her vacuum. I told her she was mistaken and she would feel pretty foolish when she realized she had her vacuum all along after all the things she was saying to me. We run an honest business over here for over 20 years and very rarely do we have dispute s with customers.
