After filing a complaint (#XXXXXXXX) with Revdex.com about the problems I was having, Walker Furniture ,namely [redacted] and [redacted] went well out of their way to see that the problem was resolved
I purchase two recliners from Walker Furniture approximately months ago One of them has developed a depression in it's back cushion I scheduled a service call and went home to meet the technician and was stood up even though Walker verified the appointment I was assured the service would be rescheduled at my convenience and an appointment arraigned for the following Friday between 3pm & 5pm On Thursday evening I received a call stating the service would be between 10am and noon a time frame which would not be convenient do to prior commitments They even said there would be a $fee to reschedule if I was not there when the technician arrived I once again rescheduled for the Sept again between 3pm & 5pm Not receiving a confirmation call I proactively called Walker only to be informed the technician called in ill I can only assume that had I not called to verify the appointment I would have wasted a second trip waiting for your technician for a second time Poor Poor Service!!!!!!!!!
