We hired wisdom tree service Oct to remove a big iron tree and trim several other trees they came earlier than the appointed time and neither my husband and I could be home til later - when we got home they had trimmed the 35ftficus tree and the very tall (ft.) pencil cactus tree the exact opposite of what we had asked for!! we were very upset and have hired other tree trimmers to come in and try to fix the ficus and now we have to totally remove the pencil cactus in the courtyard as it is really ruined They trimmed the lemon tree severely!! and will take a long time for it to come backThey would only cut the stump down so it is sticking out of ground to 4" very disappointing

Used to do excellent work, used to*** came out and checked out the tree, gave me an estimate, I hired him, he came and did the workThe next day a very large branch fell from the tree onto the street (no one hurt or vehicle damaged)When he came out to inspect what happened he said that the tree was very badly diseased and needed to be removed for another $No mention of disease during the estimate inspection nor during the trimming, only in response to the branch fallingThough he had done excellent work before, he no longer does so
