Do not use this companyI ordered a pair of dance shoes for my daughter the first week of MarchI received them about two weeks laterI followed the directions for ordering, but the shoe came and was extremely small to the size chartI sent them back the very next dayI had to pay additional money to send them backFour weeks later I still had not received the replacement pair of shoes in a bigger sizeUpon calling they said it was in the "problem returns" that had no paper work and they had no way of knowing who the return was from??? All of the information for the return was placed in an envelope on the front of the packageI asked why someone had not contacted meThey informed me there was no was for them to know who returned them and why did I wait so long to call backMy daughters dance recital is in two weeks and she has not shoes! Thanks for nothing!!
