AAAA Self Storage

My experience at AAAA storage on Kempsville Rd in Va Beach was great. Good customer service and very professional. They got me the size storage I needed and in the location where I needed it at. It went fast and smooth. The young ladies were very friendly. Continue having good customer service that's hard to find these days.

This facility has RATS!!!!!!!! running around the facility. They don't care that these rats are destroy paying customers property. The basically said they didn't care.

I never been late with a payment for two years and each year there rates go up and they can't take care of the rat problem!!!

[redacted] Lacks working security cameras, outside gate stays open, many times broken remains open on weekends, trucks illegally parked near units, (fire hazard) bogus insurance requirement, deceptive rental agreement, manager sometimes lock you out of your unit even wehen you have paid your bill in a timely manner
