I accept the loss of $for payment for the men coming to our house picking up the TV, I don't believe any Diagnostic work was done on the TVI believe they simply were going to say it couldn't be fixed and then would sell us another TVThat is exactly what happened

This complaint is about price and should be removed from B.B.B. purview, and excluded from the companies file.The customer came to our store on 5/21/2016 as we were opening, stated that he wished to purchase a laptop utilizing no credit needed financing. After completing an application and receiving...

approval from the finance company, I brought out 4 laptops all new in box, quoted the customer the pricing which was labeled of each one, he then selected to purchase the ** laptop for $923.99, we completed the transaction.The customer called a few days later stating the computer was working slow, he was using his cell phone as a hot spot, which will make any computer run slow due to the fact that the data stream is not compressed, I explained this to the customer.The customer stated that the computer was out of warranty, however, he did receive the computer brand new in the box, I told the customer if he wished to give me the serial number to confirm warranty with the manufacturer, I would do so, the customer declined.Right now, we have no idea if the customer may have damaged the product which would void the warranty, or if there is an actual problem with the laptop. We have offered service within the perimeters of our policies to the customer and he declined that service.The fact that the customer has declined the service which we have offered indicates the only issue of this complaint is price, again not an issue offered by the B.B.B. as a platform for a complaint
