We hired AAAuts Inc- tree cutting company to do a pretty large job for us. They asked for money up front. That should have been a big red flag. We did not pay any money up front. The owner also made it a point to tell us how much money he was paying to rent equipment. How unprofessional. Why would he ever give this information to the client? We came to an agreement on terms for a payment plan based on the progression of the job. We had a contract. Within the first week on our job, the owner broke the terms of the contract. He went to each neighbor and got jobs lined up with them and got their money up front. His tree climber is unskilled and all our yards look like a disaster hit. After two months of waiting for the job to be done (the contract specified 2 weeks until completion) and getting every excuse as to why it was not getting done, we finally hired another reputable company to clean up the mess.We have since learned that this company is well known for this type of bad business practice. We've also learned that it's common knowledge among other tree company services that this company never comes back to clean up the debris. I sure wish we had done more homework and learned this before we allowed ourselves to become another unfortunate victim of this business's disregard for their client's interest in their home/property.They should not be given the privilege of being able to own a business. This is the type of business owner that should be classified as a scam artist at his best. I wish I had seen reviews that would have told me the truth about this company. Hire a true professional to do your tree work, not this fly by night tree cutting company that has only one goal, taking your money and giving nothing in return except destruction to your property.
