We came to an agreement on terms for a payment plan based on the progression of the jobWe had a contractWithin the first week on our job, the owner broke the terms of the contractHe went to each neighbor and got jobs lined up with them and got their money up frontHis tree climber is unskilled and all our yards look like a disaster hit After two months of waiting for the job to be done (the contract specified weeks until completion) and getting every excuse as to why it was not getting done, we finally hired another reputable company to clean up the mess.We have since learned that this company is well known for this type of bad business practiceWe've also learned that it's common knowledge among other tree company services that this company never comes back to clean up the debrisI sure wish we had done more homework and learned this before we allowed ourselves to become another unfortunate victim of this business's disregard for their client's interest in their home/property.They should not be given the privilege of being able to own a businessThis is the type of business owner that should be classified as a scam artist at his bestI wish I had seen reviews that would have told me the truth about this companyHire a true professional to do your tree work, not this fly by night tree cutting company that has only one goal, taking your money and giving nothing in return except destruction to your property
