Prompt professional service, great team that goes out of
their way for it's customers

It was a pleasure working with Wendy Duchesney She answered all my questions and contacted me after the service to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family

Most courteous and professional service rep. He certainly knows his business.

Unable to resolve billing after 2 years.I hired this company to spray at my mother's property after she died. It was for the estate. My brother took over and I had a hard time getting him to get a check over to them. He finally did and I figured it was over. Two years later I'm here trying to resolve the issue. Although they received the payment for the work they did but the collection company wants $40. It is ridiculous considering I have not heard a word about any collections other than a few calls from the woman at the pest company so I'm not sure what they are even getting paid for. All I'm looking for is a receipt for paid in full but when I call they tell me I need to call their collection agency...who has NEVER contacted me in the two years I thought this matter was closed. I simply would like a letter from this company showing that they were paid in full and I do not owe them anything. Which is true.Desired SettlementI am looking for a receipt saying they were paid in full which is the truth rather than a run around. Better yet a letter and having this removed from my credit report.Business Response On 6/27/11 Mr. [redacted] called us to treat his mother's cottage for carpenter ants. On 8/03/11 Mrs. [redacted] (his mother) called us as she was just back from vacation (NOT the dead) to say she was still seeing ants with wings, so we sent at Technician back out to retreat the premise on 8/15/11. (At no charge) Both an invoice and a statement were sent in June to Mr. [redacted] per his instructions Statements with the balance due were sent to Mr. [redacted] in the months July, August and September. We contacted Mr. [redacted] for payment numerous times as he indicated, but none was forth coming. We turned Mr. [redacted]'s account over for collections on 9/19/11Our collection agency sent a letter for payment and calls were made to him at the [redacted] phone numberOur policy is to have our collection agency (At additional expense to us) to initially send out collection letters and place calls before any account is reported to the credit bureaus. This adds time and expense, but once the matter has been reported there is no turning back. Our collection agency after several messages finally spoke with Mr. [redacted] on 11/01/11 and he informed them that he filed bankruptcy; however he would not provide them with the name of his bankruptcy attorney. Subsequent phone calls to the [redacted] phone number were met with the responses that Mr. [redacted] no longer resides there. On 6/12/12 a money was receive here for the original balance and ignoring the collections fees, which were more than the $40 he stated as collection agency charge us up to 40% of the balance owed. The money order may have been purchased by his brother, but being a money order we were unable to determine who actual paid. Payment was to have been made to the collection agency and NOT directly to us as it was their account at that time. Recently Mr. [redacted] called our office numerous demanding us to send him a letter and to contact the credit bureaus as to the fact that payment was made. We informed him that yes the principal amount had been paid and that we would contact the collection agency to informed them. They informed us that Mr. [redacted] have also contacted them. We instructed them to issue Mr. [redacted] a letter that payment if full was made and to report the payment to the credit bureaus. As of 8/14/14 this was done per the collection agency. We also informed them that we wished to waive the additional collection fees and that we would pay them for their time in trouble in this collection matter. Consequent we have incurred a loss on this account with all the added collection cost and the time. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This is not an accurate depiction of the events and in my calls to them they have yelled at me and been very rude when in the end I had no control over them getting paid. In my last conversation with them the man I spoke with said it was too bad and that these things stay on my report for a long time. If in truth what this company claims then give me a letter saying they are paid in full which they have been for years. In speaking with their collection agency they said even though they were paid years ago they only recently told the agency they were paid. I would like a receipt saying that they were paid in full.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The last time I was on the phone with this company they asked that I contact the collection agency. I spoke with the collection agency and they said that they had received notice that the debt had been paid the day before even though they had been paid over two years ago. So I called guarantee pest again saying that since neither of you seem to think I have any debt with you I will need a letter. The manager I spoke with at guarantee started in on me about how he had to wait for payment for a year and these things stay on your report for a long time after they are paid (in a sarcastic tone). I can only assume these "new" fees two years later after giving me the run around are now only to justify their claim. In their last response they even said I was paid in full. The worst part of this is that I had no control over them getting paid my brother managed the money yet this is a problem on my credit report. Furthermore to it is the rude attitude. My mother died. The woman that called was living on the property and to be honest the bug problem never stopped forhim to make joke about my mother returning from the dead is rediculous. [redacted] I will not pay any further fees. Frankly you already admitted you were paid in full as did the agency you claimed to have sent me to. This is simply a shakedown and I have spoken to representation that has let me know that since this seems like a vendetta on the part of [redacted] can sue him directly. I am asking for a letter saying this was paid in full. Final Business Response Again [redacted] has both sent him a letter stating the account was paid and notified the credit agency on 8/14/14 accordingly. (See Attached) He has his letter from [redacted] who his account was turned over to for collections. We take acception to the fact, that we didn't incur collection cost due to his account not being paid timely. The time spend on researching the facts and the conversation both here and at [redacted] seem to differ greatly from his statements. Yes, someone did send a money order (either he or his brother) on 6/12/12 on work that ead initially done and due on 8/03/11 and yes this cost us additional monies that per the service agreement we are due. We have waived those monies due us for the cost we incurred in attempting to collect the past due monies owed us during the time the work was done and the time of payment of the principal amount due.

GuarantyPest Elimination has been making unauthorized debits on my bank account for several months and has yet to grant me any refund.Guaranty Pest Elmination is a company that I hired back in 2007 - present in order to routinely manage my pest problems at various properties of mine. Throughout the years that have been given monthly payments in exchange for servicing my homes as needed. At the end of 2012 I called guaranty pest elimination to come out and service one of my properties. They informed me that they could not because my accounts had been closed and I would have to reinstate them in order to avail service. I decided to only re-open 3 accounts, for which I would be charged $35 per account per month. This totals $105.00 per month. Since this time, Guaranty Pest Elimination was only authorized to charge my for these 3 accounts at $105.00. Instead, this company has been extracting greater amounts arbitrarily per month from my account. I never gave them permission to extract such charges and I certainly don't condone this illegal behavior. As recently as April 18, 2013, a charge of $210.00 was debited from my account from Guaranty Pest Elimination. When I phoned them for an explaination of these charges, I was met with rudeness and inability to explain their collection practices. I request a refund of the difference per month that they have been over-debiting my account. I have requested from this company an itemized breakdown of their invoices and charges form my various accounts. They have yet to provide me with this information or refund my account. This is why I have decided to turn this issue over to the Revdex.com and my State Attoney General office. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.Desired SettlementI seek a refund on all monetary amounts that were unauthorized by me. I also request that legal action be taken against this company for their illegal practices. this company is untrustworthy.Business' Initial Response April 30, 3013 [redacted], ** XXXXX First and foremost I want to apologize again for the lapse and timeliness of your monthly payment program. We are and continue to be in a companywide software conversion that has been and continues to be daunting to say the least. I have analyzed your account history to date of all charges and payments. Your monthly optional payment plan allowed you to pay a budgeted monthly amount for the pest coverage on what went from 4 to recently 3 properties on the program. We inadvertently neglected to charge your credit card in the month of January for the agreed upon $105 covering your 3 properties. In an attempt to rectify the situation and bring your account current as of March 31st, we double charged your credit card in the month of April. We truly appreciate your business and again apologize for any inconvenience that this lapse in billing has caused you. You are a valued customer, and we are committed to providing you with the best service possible. If I may be of any further assistance to you in regards to this matter, please contact me at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX.Respectfully,[redacted] Consumer's Final Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Although I do not choose to extend any further energy on this matter, I would like to however go on record that Guaranty Pest Elimination has proven themselves to be an unreputable company that conducts dishonest and unethical practices. The information that this company has provided regarding their monetary debits from my account are inaccurate.. In addition to the unauthorized withdrawal of $210.00 from my account in April of 2013, Guaranty Pest Elimination has has committed additional unauthorized withdrawals in the amount of $140.00 in the prior months of 2013. I wish to bring this matter to a suitable resolution and make sure other consumers are aware of my experience. I hope that this experience encourages an improvement in Guaranty Pest Elimination's customer service practices.Business' Final Response May 24, 3013 [redacted], ** XXXXX I sorry, but I must take exception to the assertion that we have taken unauthorized withdraws from your account. You were affording you a ''DISCOUNTED MUTLI-PROPERTY'' monthly budget plan of $35 per property covering your properties [redacted] for a total monthly charge of $140. I have spent some time reviewing our records as well as listening to our phone recordings and there have been numerous conversations not only with yourself, but also [redacted] your [redacted]. You have been a customer since April 14th, 2008 and from time to time you have requested that we remove or add a property to your coverage. We have always allowed you the flexibility to add and or remove properties from your plan coverage. We decreased your coverage from 4 to 3 properties at your request, which is why your monthly charged decrease from $140 per month to $105 per month. As I have previously mentioned, we neglected to charge your account in the month of January and corrected that oversight in April by charging your account the $105 due for the month of January and the $105 for the month of March. The fact that we failure to charge your account timely by no means is reason to assert that the monies were not owed, however since the oversight for not charging your account timely is ours, we are going to credit your account for the skipped January payment of $105. Again, we truly appreciated your business and again apologize for any inconvenience that this lapse in billing has caused you. You were a valued customer, and we were committed to providing you with the best service possible. If I may be of any further assistance to you in regards to this matter, please contact me at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX.Respectfully,[redacted]
