Please consider this correspondence and supporting documentation the response from Aab IndiaRestaurant with regard to the above-referenced complaint submitted by Mr***.It is difficult to fully ascertain the manner in which Mr*** reached a conclusion his daywedding event could be catered by
Aab for $12/personAs can be seen from the attacheddocumentation the catering menu selected by Mr*** and his fiance was extensiveForthe guests on 8-2-the menu included separate appetizers, a main course selection ofdifferent food items, and selections for dessertFor the guests on 8-13-the menuincluded food items and a dessert selection.Aab could not prepare such an extensive menu for $12/personTo do so would result in asubstantial financial loss that frankly would not come close to covering Aab's cost to preparesuch a menu let alone earn any profitAab can only venture a guess that perhaps Mr*** andhis fiancee were confused since their event was a day event with separate catering menusAabnever quoted a $12/person cost for this large day event and there is no documentation that sucha quote was ever madeNo catering customer of Aab's for an event the size and scope of Mr.***'s has ever been charged $12/personAs can be seen from the attached text messageexchange beginning at 9:56AM on 8-12-Mr*** originally thought the price was $24/personand not the $12/person he subsequently states he was quotedAab can definitively state there wasnever a quote of $12/person.On August 24, 2016, Mr*** attempted to re-negotiate the cost down to $17/personSeeattachedAgain, such a price would continue to result in a loss to AabIn his Revdex.com complaintMr*** renewed his request for a price of $12/person.Aab is not willing to renegotiate the price of Mr***'s day event serving essentially 200people each dayThe price charged to Mr*** is the standard price Aab would charge for anysimilar menu for that number of guests over a day period.Aab wishes nothing but the best to Mr*** and his wife and is saddened by this matter.Respectfully submitted, Chris F*
