Repair was completed and vehicle picked up by customer March 17, 2015. Customer called approx. 4 weeks later and said he was hearing a noise, we told customer to bring vehicle back for us to check. Customer brought vehicle in on June 8, 2015 (3 months and 5900 miles later) stating vehicle was having the same problem, inspection was performed, found throw out bearing making noise, clutch was failing, vehicle was running rough with the check engine light on, possible cause for vehicle stalling. Failure is not related previous hydraulic repair. Recommended removing the transmission to inspect and replace clutch. Customer declined.
