Aabe's Termite & Pest Control

This business was hired to do a termite inspection on a house we were buying The report came back as NO INFESTATION in August This house had a prior history of termites With a warm winter we had termites coming out of the woodwork in January We got the owner to come back, he stated "I didn't do an inspection of this house" We showed him the papers that in fact he had given this house a clean bill of health He then stated "ok maybe I did" He then proceeded to "Spray" never once going into the CLEAN crawl space Fast forward month and we now have them swarming!! Damage to the front door casing The screen door air cylinder is coming out of the wood because it won't hold We are angry because the original owners are now not responsible for this, as they would have been during the purchase contract and now we are responsible for the cost to spray and repairs to this house We will now have to locate another exterminator to that can spray this home and kill the termites that have and were eating away at our new home
