or not it has sides, but rather in the structure of the frame itself. Canopies are lightweight and flimsy, a stiff wind will blow them over. A tent such as the product we rent, is sturdy and made of much heavier piping. Our tents can withstand 75 mile per hour winds. Our tents do not come with sidewall as most people prefer to let the breeze in. Being as this was an overnight antique show, we certainly recommended that she rent wall. We recommended this at the time that she put her order in, and I personally recommended it again when we discussed her short paying us for the tent. She did not want to pay for wall. We did not accuse her of stealing an 8ft table, we simply informed her that it was not there when we picked up and asked if she had moved it elsewhere, or if perhaps the coordinator had borrowed it. It is not our fault that her normal supplier was not available to assist her, she also had the choice to not rent from us if she found we were too high priced. We are certainly not the only tent supplier in Northeast Ohio. We install more than 2,000 tents every year over our 5 month “season”, we rarely have complaints such as this, and never as fervently written. I can tell you from talking to her myself, and talking to her salesperson, that she presented herself as high strung and a possible problem customer from the start.
