Review: was charged a late fee for being one day late informed them that I was in the hospital with my wife she had an emergency c-section I was told that they would wave it then two days later I was informed that they cant wave the fee and then I was told by an employee that I never informed them of that and there is no record of it also they keep asking for my banking info and I have informed them that they will not be getting it because over the summer I was charged NSF fees twice a month even though I had gone into the gym and payed in cash and have receipts for those transactions also there billing people contact me at inappropriate hours of the night demanding that I pay the feesDesired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by the owner

Response:

Business states that they have attempted to contact the customer directly but have been unsuccessful. Unfortunately, the consumer and business relationship has experienced many issues since its inception in June. Business would like to state that they take matters like these very seriously. At this point, the business has decided that it is in the best interest of both parties to part ways, therefore the contract has been terminated. As a courtesy to the customer and without admitting any fault in the matter, the business will go ahead and waive the remaining balance due.
