My experience with Aact Electric was initiated through A*** *** The time between booking the work and the day the work was done was more than weeksI needs to have recessed lights and under cabinet led lights installed and connectedLights, boxes, under cabinet fixtures were all on site ready to be installedIn the interim I had two conversations with Jeff regarding what I needed and how I wanted it done I asked him at least twice if he needed to see the kitchen, he declinedI asked at least twice if he wanted pictures of the kitchen, he responded not necessary The electrician arrived minutes late He began to work but was hindered by a malfunctioning hole saw hours later he informed me that he could not complete the job as agreedMy options were to have the under cabinet lights he had just spent over hours mounting taken down and replaced with another type of light or the prospect of several hundred dollars more workIf the work could not be completed as agreed I should have been informed before work beganAt 3:I stopped work, and paid the bill in fullAlthough the electrician told me all the under cabinet lights were installed, in fact they weren'tThe fixtures were nowhere to be found, they must have left with the electricianAll I actually got done for $700+ was recessed lights installed
