AAction Appliance

On Sept. 5, the appliance installer referred by appliance merchant damaged my hardwood floor during installation of my new dishwasher. He said he would find someone to make the repair and pay for the cost. On Sept. 11 he sent a flooring company acquaintance to my home to assess the damages but he did not want to pay the estimate of $450.00. He said another good flooring repair person who he highly recommends would be coming over to L.A. around October 2nd. On Sept. 30, I called both his cellphone and the office and and left messages to call me to schedule an appointment with his 2nd referral. When he didn't respond, I sent him a letter via certified mail on October 2nd to please call me because I did not want to keep calling him and be accused of harassment.
