The customer requested a refund of $95 which includes: $50 for the cost of the wheel and a $45 freight charge. However the buyer wanted to keep the part.  Since the customer wanted to keep the part, [redacted] agreed to refund the $50 for the wheel. This was not acceptable with the customer. [redacted]...

advised the customer he would refund the full $95 if the customer sent back the part, and he would have UPS pick the part up and deliver it back to us. The customer also did not agree with this and wanted the complete refund, as well as be able to keep the part.  A claim was put in with [redacted] for $95 which was settled, and found in favor of AAction Auto Parts. We did not file a claim with UPS because the merchandise would have to be available for inspection and the customer had already put it on his vehicle.
