Mrs***, I am responding to this even though I feel we resolved the issue yesterday when I was at your house. Mrs*** had a home waranty policy in place when we orginally went to her house Aaction overhead door sub contracts for the warranty companyWe where not hired directly by Mrs***. We informed Mrs*** of the many issues with the Door that was not covered by the warranty company which at that time she declined to addressthe deductible for her policy was $which she paid on 6/20/when we where there we reset the Garage door opener and everything worked there where NO parts replaced as the warranty company will not replace parts if it is workingApproximately days later she contacted us to say there was a problem againThe warranty company that she had only has a day warranty, our invoice does say days labor and year on parts but again no parts were replaced and we where not hired directly by the ***'sWe informed Mrs*** she would need to contact her warranty company again to send us out and she told us she no longer had the warranty policy in placeWe informed her we could come out but if there were parts that needed to be replaced they would be responsible for any costThat brings us to current date.I went out to Mrs***'s house yesterday to address this situation and found that on 6/23/just days after our last technician had been there they had there complete Door replaced by another door company. Mrs.*** had the incorrect light bulb in her Garage door opener which can cause problems with the control board and make your remotes not worki removed the bulb informed Mrs*** of everything and reset the Opener againEverything worked when I left and she understood not to use CFL lightbulbs and that if there was a problem in the future there would be a chargePlease let me know if I can be of further ***istance.Thank you.*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:You were paid to fix a problem that has still not been fixedAlong with NOT fixing the problem you made the issue significantly worseI was told that my garage door was fine and that I could continue using itMy garage door opener still shuts off for no reasonIt's brokenThe garage door was fixed with no help from action overheadI can't believe the lies and unprofessionalism of this companyIf anyone reading this is looking for an honest reliable garage door company do not use Aaction Overhead Doors! They will scam you right out of your money and leave with the issue worse than what it wasNo one from management has even attempted to contact meI called today, someone said they would call me back and that never happenedIt has been a little over days since they were hereTheir policy states WARRANTIES PARTS FOR YEAR AND LABOR FOR DAYSIt has not been days and they still refuse to come out and fix my garage door openerThey have already been paid to do the jobPretty sure this is illegal!

Aaction Overhead door had been out to this customers house on a couple of occasions. on both occasions there was a saftey inspection done which informed the customer of the issues that we felt should be addressed. This saftey inspection is a pass or fail with an explanation on it of why it was...

failed and what could happen if the issues that failed were not addressed. Both saftey inspections have the costomers signature on them and both saftey inspections failed Rollers and door sections. The customer chose not to replace them. when the customer called our office we advised again about the failed issues, they responded that no one told them not to use their door,we advised again to the saftey inspection and discription on it. As for the $60.00 fee, that is there deductible for there home warranty company.Please let me know if I can help any further.Thank you,[redacted]

I have read the response. I think it's completely ridiculous that you guys won't own up to anything. The only reason I have accepted your response is because I wish to move on and Because the owner came and fixed the opener the way it should have been fixed by them the first time they came out. The only reason we waited one month is because the first guy who came out told us to just restart it if it happened again. Well it happened again and again and again until eventually we had to restart out garage anytime we wanted to use it. The bad bulb and all the information we just received should have been done the first time and there would have been no issue. Also had the 1st guy not "tuned the door" it probably would not have fallen off the track! Lastly if you have a policy that I sign that says 90 day warranty on labor you should hold up your end of the deal. That's being professional. I never felt like you guys wanted to help me, you were only interested in covering your [redacted] and saving money. Thank you though for coming out and doing the job that you were paid to do. I really do appreciate that.
